I think the 20w istick will work, but you'll be runnimg @ full or close to full power all the time, and the battery life will suffer. That's why I went w/ the 30w.

Unfortunately not. The original istick will not fire sub ohm....or if it does it's not far below an ohm...perhaps .9

How's the 30w working out? I decided on the 50w istick and waiting for it to arrive. My 20w gets plenty of use!

I've only had the 30w for 3 days - but I'm a heavy vaper (newly quit the stinkies), and have already gone thru about 10mls of juice on it w/ the Atlantis - so far, so good! I really like it, even w/ the older tanks (Anyvape Davide Mini tank w/ Kanger 2.2ohm atty's) I'd been using w/ my Vamo. I just turn it down to 7-8w for those higher resistance coils:) It also proved my Vamo's readout is WAY off - on the Vamo, I couldn't go above 4w w/o burning - same tank/atty/juice setup on the istick is vaping well @ 7w... Darn Vamo, been lyin' to me all this time! lol

I want to purchase the eleaf 50w. With that being said I need advice on tanks. I haven't learned the sub ohm tanks or the drip tips. Currently using Innokin iClear 30s Dual Coil Tank (3.0mL). Was thinking about the Aspire Nautilus mini or Aspire Atlantis tank for the new eleaf 50w. Any thoughts or experiences greatly appreciated.

I actually have the istick 30w with an atlantis tank and it works perfectly !!

This is my current set up. It has been for a couple weeks and will be for about another 10 minutes (the feMailman is about to bring my Subtank Mini). I've tried mine all the way up high and, call me crazy, but I kinda like it at around 17.5 watts.

I have an I stick 20w and an I stick 30w - I use nautilus minis on both of these - and find them to work very well together. In my opinion the full size nautilus looks a bit big for these I sticks. If you went for a 50w you could then get the full size nautilus and that would look better proportioned. Having said that - this is just my opinion - I see plenty of folks out and about with the 20w and a full size nautilus. In terms of liquids I find 10% either way of 50/50 works best. Ive tried to add a photo of one of mine.

The istick doesn't have enough power to properly power the Atlantis .5 head.
The Nautilus full size & mini with bvc heads works very well with the istick.

i can only say my nautilaus mini works nicely with the eleaf Istick 20 and I bought a bigger nautilaus aspire 5 ml tank which seems fine too I prefer the mini with a fancy metal cage it seemed easier t,o twist on a d off for filling

Wait, so is this dangerous?

I run a Istick50w with a subtank mini with a stock .5 ohm coil, and I normally vape between 3.4v and 17w. I just got it today and I feel pretty comfortable at this.

Also, are there any additional watts/volts I shouldn't do, besides going too high? First time sub ohming so I have no idea what I'm doing lol. Just trying to not to constantly choke myself out with vape hahaha.
