Today I effed up. I've put my ecig into my backpack and forgot to turn it off, so the button pressed all 2ml of juice vaporized and god only knows for how long the button was pressed. Of course coil burnt to a crisp and overall smell of the tank was horrible. I washed it with warm water as hard as I could, changed the coil and tryied to fire it up. Vapor tastes horrible, like coil would be burnt. Will this go away with time or I should start looking for a new tank?

It will be in the chimney, in the drip tip, everywhere and is hard to shift, I've done it myself. I would take it all apart and soak it in vodka over night then try again, good news is, you can drink the rest while you wait 
I'll try it. Also my base is getting very hot after changing coil. It used to be 0,5ohm, now it's 0,3ohm coil. Atlantis v1.
Į don't know how much this iš related but reset button on my xpro m65 starts blinking after a few hits, base is hot and through top I saw some juice in the very bottom of the coil. At first ai thought that maybe atlantis v2 doesnt fit v1 but after immense googling I made a conclusion that this iš not the case. I'm starting to feel very woried, I really liked my atlantis..
They gave me triton's coil at the store and I as not an expert didn't notice until my friend told me, that's why I was have all these problem. I now have a real atlantis 1ohm coil in and it vapes great, also soaking tank in vodka helped to remove nasty smell.
A soak overnight in a baking soda and water solution, and then a complete cleaning should take out any residual burnt flavors. Use a cotton swab to swab out the inside of the chimney and drip tip.
As you found a good soak in vodka or Everclear also does a good job removing odd flavors.
