Aspire Atlantis on an iStick 30? Yes or No?

I'm not sure why anyone would tell you not to use it on the istick 30w. Unless you're using the .3 ohm coils. Even the .5 is best at 35w but will still work at 30. I'd say you're fine as long as it's a good vape for you.
The original 30 watt didn't sub ohm but all the 30 watt Istick s do now. I don't know if that's answered your question or not
That looks like an iStick 50w not 30w?
think the original had a plated brass chimney or something like that
If you do intend on using a 30w iStick with .5Ω coils, then read through this thread, no need to rehash it again. It looks like you have a 50w iStick, that is much better suited for sub ohm coils, as long as you intend to vape above 3.7v.
Thank you everyone. Yes I have both the 30 watt & 50 watt. I wasn't sure if I would be pushing the 30 watt device while using the Atlantis. As far as the Second part of the question, I was told that the chimney and bell housing was made of nickel-plated brass and that people had concerns over that.
I've been using an Atlantis on my Cloupor Mini(30w) for months as my pocket carry device every day and had no issues at all. 30w is plenty of power for a .5 coil. From what I understand on the coated brass issue those were only the first couple thousand made and were expected to be out of circulation around the end of last year so if you bought one this year you should have the SS.
Thanks PressPlayVape. I wasn't sure if a 30 watt mod would handle the tank sufficiently.
when i was using the .5 coil I found my sweet spot on the atlantis to be around 35 watts but it all depends on how you like your vape. I'm using the .25 coils now and im on my istick 50w and im finding 50w to not be enough, wishing i could vape at 60-70w.....Also finding its killing my battery life...

30w will work fine, if it was pushing the device with a lower ohm, it would just read low atomizer and wouldn't fire so your good to go, if you feel like you need more power, bang it on the 50w, simple
