Hi,
after 2 weeks enjoying incredible vapor with Aspire Vivi glass BDC I needed to change a coil. With a new coil taste was like burnt plastic. Almost no vapor with chemical taste. I have a 5 coils pack. I tried to change coil again - vapor was much better, but not as with original coil. After half a tank bad taste returned. I changed the head again. The same result. I tried another one. In the beginning it was good, but in the end of day, some chemical taste returned.

Is something wrong with the pack of coils? Or may be I am doing something wrong?

I vape it with SVD at 3.7v.

Please help...

Hey, sorry but no real help here. The best advice I can offer is to pick up some more coils and try again. It is completely possible that you got a bad batch, it's happened to me too. If you got them locally, see if you can find another source. You might also try taking them to the shop (if local) and see what they say about it, they may already know of a batch manufacturing problem and be willing to do something about it. If you got them online, I would recommend contacting the vendor and letting them know, but I don't know if that will help much. Most online places don't warranty replacement coils ... but as always ... YMMV!

Opened another pack - and I see the difference. The taste as original coil. Probably it was a bad batch and it was exception.

Happened to me too. I'm new so I'm not sure if yours is rebuidable, but I wound up getting some A1 kanthal and 2mm wick to make my own atomizers after hitting 5 bad ones in a row. In my case there was too much heat and instead of vapor I was getting burning wick smoke.

There was one head in particular that really gave me this burned chemical taste in my pack - the rest didn't reach that extreme zone, but caused funky flavors like sour fish and sea salt. Because I use thicker juices that can really cool a coil down, the flavor may not have been as extreme to me, and presented itself more as a "blend" with my juices.

But all five of my heads presented that oddness in some way or other.
