I am not sure that I completely get the drift of your question.....but here's my 2 cents worth...
The maximum wattage depends on several factors,
the resistance of the coil head you use - too much power may burn the wicking material or pop the coil,
the type of juice you use - juices vary as to the temperature at which they turn to vapour, some juices will taste nasty/burn at too high a wattage or be tasteless and produce only a little vapour at too low a wattage.
My tip is to start low and increase by .5 of a watt until your juice tastes "right" and gives the "best vapour". Taste and vapour are subjective.
