Im thinking about not getting another VW mod just because ive found these so cheap and i only sub ohm for a treat.

Anyone using the CF mod with the replaceable 18650 and how do you like it? Im curious how it compares to the CF SUB. Pbusardo ran the numbers on the SUB and it fell a little short on voltage when using a .5ohm coil. IIRC it wasn't until about 1ohm that it hit close to 4.2v.

Ive got some LG HE2s which i assume are sufficient.

Just remember ...... You get what you pay for..........
With either you are going to have no idea what your battery or coil build is putting out, there hence having to buy a meter or a DNA 30

Im not sure why i would need a DNA30. Ive got several VW devices that measure ohms and a Fluke DVM that measures about anything electrical i could imagine. I guess i could fire up the old Tektronix 465 oscilloscope if i had the urge and if i could figure out how to attach the CF MOD. :D

The only thing that concerns me is Pbusardos review which states the SUB OHM did not hit 4.2v@.5ohm. It did hit 4.2v (roughly) around 1ohm. The CF MOD is very similar except the battery is replaceable. I can already get 30watts (roughly) out of my IPV Mini with the Atlantis.

I may look at the 2200mah eGo One from Joyetech also. The build quality looks very good but im unsure of its voltage performance.
