Go for the Davide BDC, I LOVE mine! 3ml capacity, all metal and glass, and the Aspire coil! AND if you want to you can also turn it back into protank coil mode by removing the spacer ring and coil adapter. I also own The Protank 3, and have already retired the thing because the Davide BDC out performs it in every way!!!!

I'm using a protank 2 on my zmax. I like it, but I just ordered 2 vivi aspires for the zmax. I'm wishing I would've gone with the Davide now.

I am noticing that with my mixture of Country and Biscotti I need to dial down the voltage with the ET. I have always vaped it at 4.2 with the T3, but with the Aspire it tastes a little burnt that high. I dial back to 3.8 and loose no vapor and burnt taste is gone.

So then they should work OK on a regular X2. They are regulated at 3.7v correct??? I really want to give a few a try but plan on using them more on my X2's than my Spinners. But not gonna bother if they won't work good.

I'll be trying the Vivi Novas at the next sale. Hope they're good.

Not doing it by choice, however. I'm currently using T3 minis, which I'm quite happy with, but the stocking of the replacement coils has been horribly unreliable and I dread the idea of possibly running out of coils even though I try to keep at least 5 spares on hand. (Yes, I'm furious over this).

Hopefully, with the Aspire line having multiple models, the supply of coils will be reliable. If not, I don't know what I'm gonna do.

I just got the Aspire Vivi Nova-S BDC Glassomizer in the mail yesterday. I have an MVP 2 so I got a "non" message; however, pulling the pin on the head out the slightest of bits got it to work. It only needed about 1mm at the max I think.

I did go a head and prime the head as well with two drops in the top hole.

It's working great and it has a nice flavour. I've been using a Volcano carto tank and a Protank 2 up until this and re-wicking Protank heads. So take my comparison for what it is, very limited. That said I think the flavour is actually a bit more pronounced that the Protank. Not a lot, but a little none-the-less. The carto tank though is muted a lot compared to the Aspire.

I look forward to seeing how long the heads last for me. =:3

Just got some vivi Novas 3.5ml. They are large. Or, I should say fat. It's much wider than my spinner. On my 900 spinner it looks like something out of a sci-fi movie. This is not for the stylish, but for the 3.5ml it holds. Will definitely feel self-conscious vaping this in public. At least, for a little while.

The vapor production is noticeably better than the T3, but I just started using them, so let's see how they fare in a week. Based on my T3 usage, I expect the vapor production to go down in a day or two, but still stay at decent levels until the head needs to be replaced.

They come in a nice little box. There is a unit that is already put together and there is an extra head. I got confused when I unscrewed the unit and saw what looked like a head already attached. Not being familiar with this hardware it took me a minute to figure out that I was getting the clearo and two heads. One already attached to the unit and one spare in the pkg. I can live with that. Since I ordered 3 clearos and 3 replacement heads, I have 3 heads for each unit.

The website says to use this between 3.8 and 4.2v, but my black cherry tastes burnt at 3.8 (same as when I use my T3), so I've had to bring it down to 3.5v. I also have Pizza and Tobacco Blend flavors, and they just taste plain bad below 3.8v, but are fine on 3.8v.

Speaking of the tastes, my flavors taste the same in the vivi and the T3. No difference.

These are dual coil, so I expect that the liquids will burn faster. Since I make my own juice at about $2 for 45ml, this isn't an issue for me.

I'm expecting my batts to last less long too because of the dual coil, but that may not happen. I'm not an engineer, I'm just guessing.

Overall, I like the unit. I'm still angry that I had to switch from the T3 because of the head restocking issues, but I can get used to this.

Day 2 Notes on vivi Nova 3.5ml.

Vapor production is still good. More than satisfactory even.

Did a couple refills and no juice dripped down the tube, which is what happens with my mini T3s.

Smoked one down to less than .5 mils and the taste of the juice is still the same. Mini T3s tend to taste burnt at this point.

Very little juice drips onto my batts. T3 did only a little too, but this unit does it less.

Haven't sucked any juice into my mouth. With the T3s this would happen occasionally after refilling.

All pluses so far with this unit, aside from the look of it. It looks like it's either a crucial component to a starship or when it's on my batt it looks like a scepter for some race of tiny people. SI should really have a pic of this unit attached to a batt.

Just got my ET's and Mini Nova's. Filled the ET up with my favorite RY7 and the Mini Nova with my Kahlua/Irish Creme mix. Wow!!! Both produce an incredible amount of vapor. And vapor and flavor comes pretty close to a top coil. Tried them both on a standard X2 and a spinner. Similar results. I tried cranking up the voltage on the spinners and really didn't notice much difference. Actually took it up to almost 4.2v just for grns and giggles and got a slight burnt taste. below 3.8v and flavor is muted and vapor reduced. I think I will keep them on 3.8v on the spinners. Well for the juices I have tried so far.

These also look really nice too. An added bonus the Mini Nova comes with a spare head. So with the 8 I ordered I am good for a while. Still gonna use my T2 clones but I am officially retiring my T3 minis. Gonna post 9 tanks, 2 unused heads and a mess of used heads in the classifieds soon.

Here is a pic for comparison.

So of all of these which one has the least chance of leaking? ive tried every other thing SI has and they all find a way to leak after awhile

Seems to me the bigger the tank, the more chance of leaks. My ET leaks alot but my Mini Nova not as much. Same results with the T2 over the T3 mini. I had to replace the head in my ET in just over a week with using a 70/30 RY7 juice.

well, I have come to the conclusion I can not vape my special mix of 1/3 Country, 1/3 Biscotti, 1/3 Kentucky Premium Blend. The 2 later are much darker liquids and I have found they clog the Aspire head very quickly. It makes a very tight draw which in turn causes it to flood. The past 2 days I have gone back to straight Country and have had no problems at all.
