Aspire Nautilus & eleaf iStick - Pins won't connect?

Alright so my girlfriend just bought me a 30w iStick for my birthday today. I pulled my nautilus tank off of my MVP 2.0, and put it onto the iStick, and it says "Atomizer Short". I don't know if this is because the pins aren't connecting or if there is some other issue I could be having. I do know that the tank is screwing on completely flush with the battery, so don't know that threads would be the issue.

Also, when my girlfriend puts her Kanger Protank 3 on it, it fires up/reads ohms fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

c if u can raise the center pin inside the 510 connector on the istick.
shut off unit and use a small screwdriver or tweeezers or whatever u have thats small enough to raise the center pin

So I just realised when I barely have the tank screwed into the battery - the ohm reader says "1.9" which is correct, but when I screw the tank flush with the battery, the ohm meter drops all the way to 0.

My istick20 does that sometimes when switching tanks i just unscrew it and screw it back on, I also have had to change coil put it back on then its fine.

I have tried to unscrew it and screw it back on, but the same problem. Even with a new coil.

dont screw it down so tight. You are crushing the insulator and creating a short.
