Too hard of a pull in combination with too tight of an air flow setting maybe?
When you slap in a new coil how many drops are you putting in the coil itself, more than 2-3?
Also try wrapping paper towel around the bottom of the tank, flip it upright like you are taking a hit while looking at the ceiling (don't touch the fire button)and blow into the drip tip. Paper towel will catch any juice that comes out.

Coil needs to be screwed in properly but not over tightened. I have the air holes closed when i would refill it and put it back together. - put on smallest air hole then take a couple of vapes while not firing the device.

When it would leak i would go to the largest hole - usually i was on hole number 3 - go to a sink and turn the device upside down and fire it.

Sometimes i was not using a high enough voltage and the liquid had trouble vaporising -

Those BVC coils are great, but prone to flooding. You notice it more too because there's nothing on top of the coil to stop the juice shooting up into your mouth. I had a lot of problems, but figured out a few tricks.

When you put the tank together, make sure you screw it down tight. When it floods, try firing it a few times to burn off the excess juice. Turning up the voltage will help here too as it will get a little hotter. If that doesn't do it, take the tank off, take out the coil, and clean under it. Then take out the drip tip and clean under that too. Put it back together and fire it. Still no good? Wrap a paper towel around the air flow holes (open to the largest) flip her upside down, and blow through it. If you hold it normally, you'll just blow more juice into the coil.

If you're flooding a lot, open your air flow all the way. Essentially, you're creating too much suction when you pull on it, drawing too much juice into the coil. Draw slower and lighter. You'll draw longer, more like a dripper. Think sucking through a coffee stirrer as opposed to a soda straw. Also, you can open up the corner of your mouth to get more air flow/less suction.

Check your drip tip area in the atty were your tip bottoms out. You probably see juice has collected there. Mop the juice up. Bump the power up on your device or increase your airflow. If you at the highest airflow setting then bumping up the power is the easiest option. I had the same problems when I started with the Nautilus. You can try a wide bore drip tip... It might help but for me bumping up the watts did the trick.

Hope this helps....

I've had problems with my full size Nautilus tanks and really think it has a lot to do with the device I'm using them on. When they aren't flooding, its still too moist of a vape which often times spits up at me. I hear the sweet spot for these BVC heads is 12 to 15 watts and my MVP 2.0 only does 11 watts. I've since put them away until I get my iPV mini.

I'm having issues. I just got my 2nd nautilus mini tank and noticed a tiny design difference between the new one and the first one I got. I originally got my istick and nautilus mini setup from a 3rd party vendor. Both boxes has scratch off numbers so I checked the authenticity of both tanks and it turns out the first one is a knock-off. (I contacted the seller and he is ...... at the guy who sold him his stock lied about it being genuine). He had replaced the original coils that came with the fake tank to a DC 2.5 bc he said that it was better. Being a new vapor (started vaping January 1st) I didn't ask questions bc I figured he knew best.

I've had zero issues with the 'knock-off' regarding flooding and gurgling. Great vape in general. The new tank which is authentic with a 1.8 BVC is giving me grief. I can't get it to stop flooding and gurgling. I've taken it apart and cleaned it many times. I tried every suggestions in this forum. I filled it to the full 2mL, tried putting the bottom back on with air holes shut and open, tightened the coils and bottom housing better, took slow inhales, dry hits, flicking, blowing out with the battery on and off....you name it...I even primed the coils as suggested on one of the threads here.

I hate to say this, but the knock-off tank is way better than the original.

Any advice on how to get this thing to work without losing 1mL of liquid every time I try and to troubleshoot the problem?

i had a few probs at the start, When i hear a little gurgle i blow down the tip a little and it seams to sort it out. I also notice a little bit collecting below the driptip from time to time and just mop it up with a bit of paper towel
I've tried that too. I only works for the first hit following that. 2nd hit is back to gurgling and flooding

Say it ain't so. I was about to get an MVP 2.0 with my tax check and a Nautilus. If that is the case I might need to shell out a little more for the 20w.

I would go with either the 20w or perhaps even a 30w in case you want an Atlantis eventually. The 30w MVP is around the corner, the 30w iStick is out and the iPV mini is supposed to be good as well.

I just bought an iPV 2S and with my Nautilus, some juice I'm vaping at 9w while I'm vaping at 14w with others.

This will be me new main setup when I get it. Not ready to ove on to the Atlantis yet. Currently I have an Itaste VV with a Kanger Aerotank mini. This will likely become my back up once I get the other. I will likely go with the 20 watt for now if the v3 isn't out yet. I am really set on getting a box mod too this time. This other one I got is one a friend I met on here sent me to get me started. Currently using some 2 ohm coils on them. My coils tend to last about a month or so. Sweet spot for me on this is 8 watts. Though I am concerned. I bought some coils from Low Bob's Discount Tobacco out here. Only decent place in town to get vape gear. The thing is they don't carry the 2 ohm anymore. People complained about them i guess. They only carry the 1.5 ohm kanger duel coils. I get the feeling I am going to have to up the watts and I hope my current max of 11 watts will be enough. I am still currently on my last 2 ohm coil. I don't have much interest in high power vaping right now. But it seems unavoidable. lol
