Aspire Nautilus Problem with Loose Ring for Airholes

Hello, I'm new to vaping and have had my Aspire nautilus for over a week now. I've noticed now however that the ring which is used to adjust the airflow is loose and is moving up or down which causes it to block the airholes. How can I fix this?

Contact the vendor and see if you can send it back.

Hi im vaping on nautilus at his very moment, had this 1 for a month and the afc is getting looser but nothnig to make it unuseable. Just try to keep my thub lower so i dont touch it by accident lol.

Remove it completely I did

Try calling Aspire according to this as they will replace parts without much hassle. The air ring is part of the base as is the spring loaded contact pin. Aspire - The spring(pin) in the base hardware of my Nautilus has gone, how can i get a replacement?

Yes, i will do that when the AFC ring becomes unbearably loose. much appreciated ;p

Yeah, I discovered yesterday that it comes apart and was lucky enough to react quickly to save my spring. I pretty much just put it back together and gave it some good whacks. Hopefully it doesn't become a problem again in the near future.
