Aspire nautilus with mechs?

I have an aspire nautilus on a vamo5 and am reading up on RDAs RBAs etc and saw a few people online using mechs with an aspire nautilus. Wouldn't that burn out the coil quickly?

Not necessarily. A 1.8 ohm coil at 4.2 volts is a hair under 10 watts, and that drops as the battery discharges. 10 watts (in my opinion) is well within reasonable limits for the Nautilus.

At what settings do you vape your Nautilus on your Vamo?

A guy at my work won a nautilus and panzer mech clone from a local vape shop here, he loves the setup, so yes the nautilus works fine with mechs.
