What type of battery are you using? There are some where the battery pin can get pushed down too far to make a connection to the atomizer. You can use a toothpick to nudge it up a teeny bit higher. If you don't want to mess with the battery pin, you can try and pull the part of the atomizer that is meant to touch the pin down slightly with tweezers. No vapor at all sounds like a connection problem to me....

Check to make sure you haven't completely covered the air holes with the controller ring. Sounds dumb, but it does happen, even to veterans lol.

If that's not the case, make sure your coil is seated properly, everything is screwed together properly, make sure your bottom connector pin is extended (but don't pull too far or it could come loose.)

Also be sure you're set to a good voltage/wattage on your device, too low and it won't fire, too high and it'll overload and won't fire.
