I hear you. I was after a small and light weight device to take out and about. I did see a drip tip adapter for the pockex/nautilus x but only in the UK and thought I would ask here before paying for the postage. The adapter seems to make sense.

I saw the drip tips on fasttech but did not fancy the look. I'd rather pay some money than make it look cheaper. So yes, I only want another drip tip to improve the look :) I don't drag long enough to get burned.

Stephanie

I have 4 Nautilus X tanks and have just got the wife a pockex, the uk adapter works well as a drip tip, I have it on all 5 devices, its taller and wider and therefore reduces the heat a little (on the X with the extender the heat has gone completely)
I would highly recommend it as an alternative tip, as a 510 adapter I think it looks a little silly imo of course.

As a driptip on its own it looks good on both the x and pockex

I've owned a Aspire Pockex for awhile now but never really got comfortable using it because of the mouth draw. It's a great little device , well built and very easy to fill etc. It travels well. It always seemed stuck between a MTL and Direct lung device (it can do both) and I found myself trying to use it both ways at once. The mouth tip is unique to the unit and other standard tips don't fit it.

Well I also have a Joyetech Penguin and the unit comes with a accessory mouthpiece made of soft silicone. And for whatever reason I just messed around and tried to see if that mouthpiece would fit in the Aspire. It fit like a glove , very snugly down inside the Aspire tip and it makes a perfect MTL tip. (for me).
The soft silicone flare conforms to your lips when you press down on it. Much like a soft filter does on a cigarette. This is the closet simulation I have felt on any tip yet. It's like I just got a new device.
Thought I would pass this on, others may or may not experience the same feel.

So if you own a Penguin or know someone that does try the mouthpiece out. If not I found they do sell the mouthpieces at Joyetech site for $2
Called a mouthpiece sleeve

My Sister has one of these and I find it really nice. My favourite is my Nautilus mini. I have Cleito tanks with different coils but always come back to the MTL with slight lung hit feeling feeling the standard nautilus 1.8 coils deliver at around 12.5-14 watts. Plus go through way less liquid.

The PockeX is really smooth and has a really clean taste, zero burnt hits like the nautilus' and although sub ohm is just like a really clean MTL experience and the flavour is so clean. And the package is tiny and nice to hold. Haven't vaped it extensively but I like what I have tried of it so far. Might get one as a small vape for nights out, my Nautilus mini sits on my CF4, but would like the smaller size of the PockeX. IDK though I've done the whole changing and upgrade thing etc and always come back to the Nautilus Mini as the vape is so 'smoke like' compared to anything else, like an ego / evod (or whatever is modern now) type vape on steroids.

My local vape shop was using a few of these to demo a new juice from Saltnix . Needless to say I bought a bottle of juice. I really lime this little all in one. As a bonus the pockeX coils will work in the nautilus x to boot. I may end up picking up one of these little guys to replace my evod pro. I use the evod pro when I vape at work.

I've got a NaughtyX which uses the same coils and I've been using the 1.8 Ohm atomizers. I think they're great. If you have one and like it, make sure to get the 4ml extension. I got it for $5. Also look around for the Aspire Quad Flex Survival Kit. There are two versions. The better one includes everything you need for a second NaughtyX and the cheaper one requires you to already have one. I was able to find the better one on sale for $20 and I got a second 4ml extension for $5.

For $25 you get:

A Nautilus X with 4 ml extension and one 1.8 Ohm atomizer, with two 2ml glass tanks total if you break the 4 ml one

An RBA

An RTA

A squonker

Some coils, cotton, bits and pieces.

You can put together the NaughtyX and the squonker simultaneously, but it's designed for you to build whichever one of the four tanks you want to use. I have the RTA sitting on my Aspire CF Mod.

I already had 2 nauti x tanks with 4ml extensions when I found the cheaper QF Power Pack kit on sale for 6$ so I grabbed 2 of those. It is a nice little rda on it's own. The top air flow is pretty much impossible to make leak but it was a bit too restrictive of a draw for me so I use the side airflow and it is a nice little flavor atty. Now I just need a cheap squonk mod to try it in BF configuration.

I picked up a Kangertech Dripbox 160 for about $35 and away I went.

that wont cut it for me as I only vape in tc mode (and it got terrible reviews for tc) so I am waiting on reviews of all the new 20700 single battery squonkers, and the rumored smoant dual battery squonker.

Yeah the TC mode has been crap for me. I only tried it with a nickel coil but it was terrible. The device uses all 160 Watts to heat the coil, so you can feel the power cycling on and off as it hits temp and then backs off. I'm hoping for a firmware upgrade but I'm pot optimistic. I also haven't tried it with SS coils. I'm thinking that SS would be better because it takes longer for SS to heat up and cool down.
