The new Aspire Rover2 kit consists of the NX40 mod with integrated 2150 mAh 1-40W battery and the new nautilus XS a much improved restyling of the nautilus X, enriched with a new 0.7Ω U-Tech Mesh coil.

The package depicts the new Mod Nx 40 on the front, indicates the color of the product that we will find inside and bears the words "Innovate the way you vape".
Aspire's warnings, content and various physical and social addresses are shown below.

Laterally we can see logos, brands, batch number, barcode, hologram of authenticity and scratch and check.

The frame is made of zinc alloy, its surfaces are very smooth and slightly rounded, the extremely clean design of the two surfaces shows above the first the Aspire logo placed on a slightly raised plate, the name of the mod (Nx40) it is shown below, the opposite surface offers an even cleaner design, in fact it only reports the USB type C socket (quick charge).

The gold-plated 510 pin is placed in a central position and is spring loaded, the mod can accommodate atomizers up to 24.5mm in diameter without protrusions.
In the lower part there are the vent holes for the integrated 2.200mah battery.

The front side of the mod houses the round Fire button, a 1.13 inch oled display and the up / down adjustment buttons.

We can see the new finned and radial conformation with a Peek insert for the Tip that offers a remarkable and effective heat dissipation by completely eliminating one of the main defects of the old nautilus X, the images below also show us how the air intakes are made at inside the top cap, the knurled surface of the air adjustment ring greatly facilitates the refil operation.

The coils in the kit are two, the new XS 0.7Ω Mesh and the 1.8Ω U-Tech coil

The new 22mm Nautilus XS has a capacity of 2ML but thanks to the extension kit (extension and glass) already proposed on the old Nautilus X it can see its liquid capacity increased up to 4ML

Final conclusions

The Box NX40 is light and very compact, for this reason I consider it very suitable for vaping in MTL, the integrated 2,200Mah battery guarantees more than good autonomy about 10ml, the clean, rational line and without unnecessary frills is pleasant, the alloy brushed silver anodized around the main body is smooth to the touch and scratchproof.
The visibility offered by the small 1.13-inch OLED screen is good, as well as the charging speed at 2A (quick charge type-C)

The nautilusXS atomizer in my opinion is a significantly improved product compared to the old nautilusX, this pleasant evolution is due to the top cap which with its radial fins dissipates heat well, also the solution to isolate the drip tip in Peek with an additional insert in Peek, to host it, it contributes a lot to this purpose, the air regulation is now much wider as well as precise, with the 1.8 coil and "closed" regulation you can also get a good MTL pull but the duration of this coil remains unsatisfactory. Differently with the new coil 0.7 mesh the shot is particularly fluid, silent and satisfying for those looking for a restricted flavor shot. Those who wish can certainly purchase the extended and increased glass of the old NautilusX to have a total capacity of 4ml.
