I've been using a nautilus and Hanna clone for two months on 12mg nic and usually run at around 8 watts. I just bought an Atlantis and love it but I keep getting headaches and nausea. The guy at the store said he runs his at 30. I'm running mine at 10.5 and I can't imagine vaping it higher. Does it take a while to get used to such a larger and stronger amount of vapor? Do you have to drop your nic levels? I'm still a little confused about volts and wattage. Why would someone want to run wattage up in the high numbers? what is the Atlantis made to run on wattage wise? Sorry for the bombardment of questions. I feel like I'm starting all over again I'm regards to vaping and information.

Yeah you should definitely lower your nic level. When vaping with something like an RDA or the Atlantis you're going to get a lot more nic per puff so either cut back on nic or take less puffs. People raise the wattage for more vapor/flavor and a warmer vape. The Atlantis is built to be run around 20-30 watts.

If I can't handle running it at 20-30 will I miss it up running it lower? I also like a cooler vape so running at 30 doesn't do anything for me. I mostly love the flavor and more vapor production, but I'm not interested in cloud chasing. I loved the Atlantis, but now I'm starting to feel like I'm over my head( and my head hurts!)

You might get a little gurgling at lower a wattage but if it's working for you, it's set at the right level.

If all you have is your regular strength e-liquids and you are finding them too strong, you can always dilute them with Vegetable Glycerin (found at most pharmacies and grocery stores labelled as USP VG) If you do a 50% e-liquid and 50% straight VG it will drop your nic strength in half to 6mg.

Of course it will also reduce the flavor as well, so that is the only downside. If you really want the same flavor, you could always purchase the same flavor of e-liquid you have at zero nic and mix them 50/50 for the same effect without the hit in flavor.

Every time I get a new topper or a new device there are always things to learn, so don't sweat it, you are in the right place.
