At what voltage is my battery dead?!

Just got my new Tesla mod today and it has a feature telling me how many volts my battery has left in it's charge. What I'm wondering is at what number of volts will the device stop firing and turn off?

Your Tesla is going to stop working at about 3.2 volts.
So to me that's basically dead.
