Tomorrow will be two weeks since I switched from Cigs to Ecigs. I have noticed a pretty severe impact on my running and strength over the last two weeks. It is taking me longer and I don't have the same amount of energy to do the same workouts. My running speed has decreased which is odd because my speed has been slowly increasing over the past year even while smoking. So I have a few questions:
Has anyone else noticed this? Could it be a result of my body repairing itself from the cig damage and or chemical dependancy? How long will this last?
