Have posted on here and another forum before, and also gone into the b&m where I got the tank from to no avail, i'm preety much done trying to solve this problem after 3 days of researching I am so annoyed i'm now smoking cigs again :-x

I'm using the iStick 100w with atlantis 2 tank, I was using the 0.5 coils at around 30-40w previously and having some issues so got a replacement pack of 1ohm coils. This seems to of amplified the problem 10x and is totally unusable, no matter how much I prime the coils/leave them to soak/take primer puffs/start off at a lower wattage and gradually increase it is always a super harsh vape and taste like absolute sh*t, you definately couldn't take a hit longer than 2 seconds and have your throat still intact.

All the juices I have are high VG from 70/30-90/10 but from what i've read 70/30 should certainly be no problem. Not sure what else I can try here, nothing seems to work.

I have several Atlantis v2's and never have wicking issues.....What's the nic mg? I use the .5 coils and run them at 30w on a istick 40w. What I do when changing coils is I drop a few drops on every opening the 4 around the coil and I'll drop a few on the cotton inside the coil. Maybe it's your juice? Maybe it's a bad batch of coils? I have tried several juices until I found nicoticket.....I only vape nicoticket now. They have amazing juice and excellent customer service! Hope the info helps

The nic level on all juices is 6mg, and I have been doing the same thing in regard to priming the coil. It was an issue with the .5coil I was using and I have now tried 2x new 1ohm coils which amplified the problem 10 fold, and it is unusable throughout the whole power range. The juice I am using right now is suicide bunny mothers milk 70/30, the tank I tried before that was 'sky' by the cloud company which is max VG, it still had the same issue, but somewhere in between f*cking around with airflow and wattage ranges I actually got a really nice vape out of it......... Until I put it down for 45mins and it's back to square 1.

It's not that the taste is just a little off or something either, a 2 second pull is super harsh and taste absolutely horrific.

Does it have a peppery taste or burn/sting your mouth?.....If it does then i say your sensitive to the nicotine. Try drinking some water when you vape. When i first started vaping the nicotine really left a bad taste in my mouth that got worse the more i vaped. I started drinking more when i vaped and it really helped taste wise.

I doubt that......I own 8 and have never had issues with the tank itself......few coils have been bad.....I always use the .5 coils and vape it around 30w. On my istick 40w they sometime jump in ohms from .49 up to .6 make in which I will adjust my wattage because I like to keep it around 4 volts. To me that's the sweet spot

if you're vaping the 1 ohm coils at 30 to 40 watts its going to be nasty, try turning it down to the 3.5 volt area and breaking the coil in then start move the power up

The 1ohm coils are supposed to be used at a higher wattage than the 0.5 on this tank if I am correct? The coils say 40-50w on them but I have been trying from 20w-40w, 20w being 4.4v.
