uh...My post was actually in relation to part of exactly what you said. You said "You may notice that all the US stores that carry high end stuff online get hate. Usually when people can't get what they want."

I said no, people do not like VapeRev because the people that work there are a bunch of a-holes, and treat customers like trash.

My point being, if you are local to Southern California, it is fairly common knowledge that vape Rev is one of the absolute worst places to deal with. But hey, I'm not trying to be argumentative. I'm just saying that to many people, who actually go to the actual store, this latest "drama" was the final straw.

Personally I don't care about a top cap either. What I will say is that seeing people stop patronizing VapeRev...well, it couldn't have happened to a nicer group of guys. It's karmic.

If you'd like to pursue this "conversation" via PM though, be my guest. I'll bow out of this "debate" though, because this is not the place for it. And, I apologize for even bringing it up here in the thread the first place.

It certainly was for me...

Shame too because the staff was great when it first opened... and I love the Store itself, the physical building... The bar area they have for sampling juices is fantastic... but yes the staff aren't very fun to deal with anymore... It seems to have went south when they added the "we'll take your name and get to you when we can... and no, I just take names and don't know crap about anything we carry" system... Then burning MoJo was just... well, as you said... the last straw.

Doesn't hurt that I now have 3 quality shops less than 10 minutes from my home

All with staff that remind me of Vape Rev when it first opened... who seem to be part of the community of Vapers, interested in helping other vapers... not just guys who want your money.

This is what was posted on another *forum* relating to this issue:

The picture you're looking at is a flat top cap being sold by VapeRev.

But as you can see the description below the pic, it is made by VapeRev without getting the permission from Mojo, the modder of Chi-you and Flat Top cap. They just copied the original design and function and are selling. It's highly regrettable for VapeRev to do such a design piracy.

Mojo got in touch with VapeRev, and asked them to remove the fake product and post an official apology on their website. And Mojo also notified them that if they don't accept the request, he will go through a legal process.
BUT the only response from VapeRev was 'GO THROUGH THE LEGAL PROCESS.'

Hence, the contract between Mojo and VapeRev is formally BROKEN, and Mojo will not supply his products to VapeRev ANY MORE.

For those who want to buy Flat Top Cap, Mojo is looking for a way of supply. Please be patiently waiting some more time.

Please NEVER buy a fake stuff from VapeRev.

As I see it the issue was with being a distributor for the Chi-You and then doing something like this to the designer/manufactor. Think of it like this, if COV did something like this to Imeo with the GG he would be just as upset. You don't bite the hand that feeds you and it comes across as being very arrogant and egotistical to me for someone to do this.

Who cares Chi You is impossible to buy anyway. If they can't meet market demand by auctions or by just rasing prices they would rather take their quality pictures and join dinosaurs.

I have long been bothered by some of the elitism that certain devices carry and the people that carry them. I have said before that if I were "the sensitive" type, that I would have kept on smoking due to some of the snubbing and BS drama I see.

VapeRev perpetuates that problem, I have seen them treat new vapers like crap. It's a huge turnoff to me. We're a bunch of compulsive types who are lifting slightly dildonic devices to our lips. I don't really see how anyone can feel elite about it.

As far as Chi-You being hard to get. You know, I really don't give a rats a** about the thing. But, it supposedly will be more widely available now that it is coming to quite a few more vendors.

I may not be "the sensitive" type, but some things just rub me the wrong way. YMMV. And I am done with the conversation on this thread. Again.

I have long been bothered by some of the elitism that certain devices carry and the people that carry them. I don't care about the chi-you either, I'm just talking about a vendor who sells rollers and dingos in a thread about rollers and dingos. Seems relevant to me. Elitism may stem from the folks who have a special metal tube but it is fueled by those who don't. People get so butthurt over missing out on mods, I've never understood it.

I don't know or care what they do in their store, I just know that they have had things I wanted and I was able to purchase them just as I would any other vendors site.

Got my Divers in today and one of them in a tank. Hope these little things are as good as people are saying. The flange on the bottom will leave a gap on the Rollers so I may be permanently attaching these to the Nemesis and 69 Mod until OCD can find a way to mill out some space on his tanks.

The Diver is excellent. I really can't believe the flavor and vapor coming out of these little things. If I buy a few more they could definitely be replacing cartos for me. Now I just need to find the right tank for them so they sit better with minimal gap on the Roller.
