Hi guys,

Have this new Atomic rda. Good God this thing is fantastic.

But, quite a gap in there - see attached pic.

Any tips for getting this thing to flush mount?

Im always worried when buying attys without adjustable center pins- seems they either sit flush with no issue, or dont make contact.
Any advice welcome- thanks!

Might be worth a shot picking up the IBTanked beauty ring for the top of the Vari.
It's taller than other rings - and might cover that distance, but it's got airholes...
Just a thought. They're only like $12.50, too...

you know I got one of those and it does work awesome with IBT carto tanks, but I tried using it with other tanks (like KFL+) and it didn't work, the threads of the KFL+ didn't even catch.
I've been trying to find those elusive beauty rings for Provari, but it's just that ... elusive!

I know - but that might be what eda123 NEEDS - is a "too tall" ring!

For my cartotanks, I've got a Sotong ring coming, and a "in stock notice" set for the "kayfun cone".

My atomic on my provari looks like that too, it sits better on my semovar but it obviously looks best on a Panzer if you can find one. Non of my provari rings fix the gap but the semovar has an 18mm tapered top cap option which is a nice thought for a VW flush mount atomic.

My Kayfun clone didn't fit flush, even with my Tatroe ring. So I cheated and used 4 small pieces of fiber tape (any tape would do, I just had fiber tape handy). You can see in the pic there is a small bit of the original top cap showing below the Tatroe ring, but I think it looks much better than a gap between the top of the provari and the Kayfun.

You are all welcome for this find. LOL.
Looks like you'd use this above any typical "ring" - an $8 Kayfun ring if you can get it, or maybe the $12 one here. But with some atomizers, you're still gonna have that gap. Here's the fix! Looks like you could pick up the same thing at Home Depot and polish it yourself, but heck, they're selling it a reasonable price at least...
I LOVE the fact that they call it the OCD Washer - for folks like me that can't handle having a gap!
