Hello, i am a fairly new user of the Janty eGo jets. Is it normal that after only 4 weeks of use the atomzer is already dead ?

Sadly there is not really a "normal" for how long an atomiser lasts 
4 weeks, isn't a particularly good time, but not a bad time either

Please accept my condolances for your loss. Lost two of mine today. They lived a good life and will be sorely missed.
