Thanks darkhood i've been looking for advice on which atty to get to start dripping with. Just ordered two of them and cant wait to get them so I can start dripping. Been using tank systems primarily but want to be able to try a bunch of different juices and see what i really like.

I second the 306 atty for dripping. It has a mesh bridge and a sealed bottom (to the juice bowl), so you don't get leaking from it and all it takes is a couple of drops through a drip tip when you sense the vapor beginning to wane. The mesh helps to absorb and hold the juice while it wicks into the coil. 306 is definitely a winner for dripping and will give you the best flavor you will ever get from your juice.

You did mean to type 3.7v mechanical mod, didn't you? 1.8 ohms to 2 ohms is where you want to be with that voltage.

What about using either standard or low ohm on my ProVari Mini? WHich is best? Also, I am getting lower ohm reports on the PV than packaging states- ex. 1.8 for 2.0 and 2.4 for 3.0.... Is there a standard error of measurement?

I've been buying Joyce 510s.

Thanks in advance.

To clarify, I thought I had ordered a 306 but I did not they are out of stock on the 306 the one I ordered is this one Dripping_Atomizer_510_1_8ohm_Stainless.html reviews still look really good and its still got the sealed center post. I hope it performs as well as the everyone is saying the 306 do.

Got my Attys today... Dripping Atomizer 510 1.8ohm Stainless from smartvapes.com

didn't know about the primer they put on some from the factory, definitely think these had them, I opened one as soon as I got them and popped it on my VV mod but even at 3.5 it was seeming to be hot and taste metally decided to put it on one of my old inferno batts and it worked better but still tasted horrible. thanks to Ocelot I found out about the primer, rinsed it out with warm water blew it out and started dripping again... Voila! Horrible metal taste gone, now just to get the proper amount down so I'm not wasting juice out the bottom. Does anyone know of any ways to slightly increase juice capacity or is that just the nature of the beast with Direct Dripping?

Enjoying some fruit stripe Illusions from Vermillion River right now, Definitely got the bubble gum taste but could use a little more fruit IMHO

Ocelot also helped me to begin dripping. It's far more ritualistic than my tanks, but satisfying in a way the cartotank doesn't provide. :) Using your link, I looked at your atomizer-- it has a sealed bottom, right? Is it leaking juice from the bottom?

The bottom iself is sealed but there are small holes around the threading for airflow and that is where it is leaking from.

lol it's the same as a 510 just w/o the glue and attached tube...a much better design for dripping....its the purest form of atty there is;

Darkhood I am a complete newbie to this stuff so forgive if this is a dumb question please.

I have been taking a hard look at trying to go the DYI juice route. Would this atty work for testing juice flavors so that I can adjust them as I am making a recipe?

Also I am thinking about buying a Vamo to replace my ego-c's would this atty be ok on the Vamo?

Myranny - check out DIY Flavor Shack Platinum DIY kit Dawn runs the shop there and she is by far one of the best customer service people I've dealt with. There are a few different options as far as the DIY kits they all come with 6 flavors a tool box and all the bottles PG/VG/Nic base you need to make about 100ml of juice(mixed). You get to pick your flavors and if you call or e-mail she can help with some of the flavors. the one I got was 30ml of 36mg nic base (90ml of 12mg base when mixed) but like I said it is up to you strength you want.
