More vapor the LOWER the ohms. Think of ohms as a plug in a water line... the bigger the plug (ohm #) the less water gets through. It's a measure of electrical resistance.

What are you using them on?

Another way is to calculate watts. Multiply the voltage you vape at by itself, and divide by the ohms. Thus:

V*V /R. So at 3.2 volts / 2.0 ohms = 3.4 * 3.4 / 2 = 5.12 watts of heat.

Lower ohm also produces a warmer vapor but it depends on what you are vaping it on. If you are using high voltage (4.5+) then you will want a 3 ohm or so. If you use a standard 510 or eGo then you can use very low. I have vaped 1.25 ohm and it is crazy. Personally on my kGo battery I like 1.5 ohm.

i use a Epower im not sure the voltage but i know it says it supports 2.0 ohm and up any recommendations im trying to achieve as much vapor as possible

Another way to increase your vapor is to up the VG content of your liquid. VG produces more vapor than PG, but it does tend to mute the flavors a bit.
