atomizer low

I just got the eleaf istick TC40W with the GS air tank and have literally just put it together and it says atomizer low, everything is completely brand new and hasn't been used. please help!

Your tank might be screwed on too tight. Unscrew ir from the istick and lightly screw it back on. Hope that helps

Has happened to me as well. If it doesn't work after the above suggestion I would just replace the coil.

Yeah, that's likely it. If it's not screwed on too tightly, you have a bad coil. Welcome to the board.

Have the same tank and the exact thing happened with the pre-installed coil. Put a new one in it and it was fine
