An atomizer I have for my 510 is acting funny. It'll only work if screwed into the battery at a certain tightness. When the atomizer is tightly screwed in, it doesn't work and the battery doesn't heat it up. I discovered that if I loosen it about 1/16 of a turn, the thing works as it should. Additionally, if it was a hair tighter or looser, it would no longer work.

Other than that, its a perfectly good atomizer and it vapes really well. I'd send it back in, but I don't want to be stuck without a backup in case my other one fails (I went ahead and ordered a couple more).

I tried cleaning it with alcohol and made sure no gunk was on it. The other atomizer works fine without an issue and the same thing occurs on other batteries as well.

I used a marker to mark the atomizer to where I need to screw it in at alligning the mark with one of the holes. It always works when screwed in to that position. Anyone see this issue?

Yes, I do have the same funny issue. Even worse. I have some atty that will not work with some batteries, and will work great with other batteries.

For example, my wife have a M403 and her atty will not work well on my M401 batteries. Also my attys will not work well with her batteries.

The only way to make them work is to find the precise screwed point for each atty. Annoying!
