Atomizer question for the Prodigy v3

Hello everyone =)

I just purchased a Prodigy v3 kit and forgot to order spare atomizers with it! The adapter that I chose is a penstyle 801 at 3.7v. From what I read here on the forums most people suggest to go with a low resistance atomizer.. is this correct? Can someone please direct me to a place where I can purchase these.. Sorry a bit clueless here! Thanks! =) =)

mini LR 801 @ 2ohm IKV LR 801 2.0
or
full size LR 801 @ 2ohm LR Low Resistance atomizer
or
HV/LR 801 semi @ 2.5 ohm 801 Mini atomizer
litecig has LR 801, but don't know how many ohm they're probably around 1.5-1.7 SLB LR 801 Atomizer
