Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and this is my first post.

I got myself an intellicig Evo 3 days ago. The first two days where great, and I've told three other smokers I know to go out and buy one. Then last night I charged it, and now I am getting no vapour at all whatsoever.

The confusing though is this. When I take a drag the end still lights up, and the Atomizer still get's hot, but I get no vapour.

I thought the only function of the Atomizer was to heat the liquid inside the cartridges (which is must be doing.... right ?). I have 25 cartridges and none of them work, so I am guessing it's an atomizer problem.

Can anyone help me out here ?

Cheers.

Do you hear a "bubbling" sound when you draw on it? If so, your atty is flooded and needs be blown out.

If that's not it, and if you have liquid, try dripping 2 drops on the bridge of the atty, and see if this produces any vapor. Your atty may just need to be reprimed.

Do you have a spare atty? If not, buy a few immediately!!!

with no cart on it try blowing out really hard with your mouth attached to the part that screws into the battery to get all the liquid out of it. then screw it back into the battery and heat it for like 5 seconds (dry burn) wait for like a minute and do it again. do it a couple times. than drip a few drops into the atty and see if it works. be careful not to blow it!

If your atty gets warm but you're not getting any vapor, the problem is that your atty is too dry. You need to buy some e-liquid so you can add a drop or two to the bridge of the atty, and so that you can refill your carts. Also, you shoild try the highping cart mod. This allows you to put a lot more liquid into the cart, and it will wick to the atty much better. The filler in the cart should resemble a slushy, or it's too dry. Keep the atty moist and you'll get vapor.

If you add too much liquid to the atty, it won't get as warm and will make a gurgling sound. Simply remove the cart and blow through the atty, put the cart back on and your ready to go.

Thanks guys,

I did blow through the atty till all the liquid came through (as it says in the instructions), but the problem is I didn't order any liquid.

When I spoke to the guy at the company he said the cartridges may be faulty, but that doesn't sound right to me.

They have ordered me a full replacement now, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I've also ordered a spare atty and some liquid.

Cheers.

I don't know what they are misterD.

I managed to fix the problem though, by taking the juice from a cartridge and pouring it on to the atty. (I still don't have the liquid bottle yet).

I called Intellicig and told them, so as not to send the replacement. The guy I spoke to did warn me that by doing this you can shorten the life of the atty, so I've still gone ahead and ordered a spare.

Cheers.
