Are new Atomizers ever suppose to come with juice already in them?

I just got in some brand new 801s and they have juice in them and it seems unusual to me.

The primer used is supposed to be e-juice. What juice, what nic level at all, who knows. I had one that tasted like peanut butter. Boy was I glad when that vaped out of there!

Agree with ProfessorDaffy... never know what you'll get. Someone asked me once "Okay, so my e-cig stopped making vapor after about 20 minutes.... what do I do now????" Then they explained that they had put no juice or prefilled carts on it... and it had been producing vapor for 20 minutes.... I just explained how to refill it... didn't know what flavor, strength they had been vaping ... and was honestly kind of shocked it lasted so long?!

Typical. You ask for RY4 and get 10-W40. Hey, these things are suppost to contain antifreezer, not motor oil! I bet there'll be a Penzoil Mod before the week is up.

Is it a good idea to clean an new atty before using it? Would that get rid of the crap that's on it so it breaks in faster?

I didn't clean mine per se, just turned it over and blew out all that junk into a paper towel. Then dripped a drop or two on the atty and puffed (not inhale) for a minute and then went for it. Whatever they prime those buggers with tastes awful.
