he is a good customer and has no problem buying what he want so i don't think he is trying to get something free i know pg is slightly flammable so the only thing i can think of is the juice just didn't mix well or something not sure what he dripped at the time of the flames… has any one heard of the cotton combusting? maybe?

Dry cotton combusting? Sure - that can happen.

Flavoring components built up on a dirty, nasty coil? Or a build up of flavoring residue in the atty that hasn't been cleaned in... a while? Sure - that can happen.

A badly mounted coil that's creating a nearly dead short? Or a coil that's a lot lower in resistance that he claims, in combination with any of the above? Sure - that can happen.

"Shooting flames" sounds a bit dramatic. Until/unless you can actually see the thing and the build there is no way to know what specifically is going on here.

I was talking about a brand new, out the bag organic cotton wick. I can see that catching fire if they skip the step where you add juice in the RDA.

I also reload and its quite easy to skip steps if you are watching TV or something. We are all human after all.

But yes I do agree "shooting flames" is a bit dramatic.

Out of the package? Did he clean it prior to use?

That could be the reason if the RDA is a clone and has god knows what on it. But IDK as Im not the OP of this thread.

As far as cotton it can catch fire and lots of folks dont boil it prior to use. Lots of guys/gals just open the bag and slap some cotton in their coils and juice up then fire away.
