I am just now entering the world of dripping, so my experience is very limited, but atomizers are definitely the way to go. I have only personally tried one brand, and it works wonderfully. I picked up a bridgeless 510 atty from Empire Mods for six dollars, but there are quite a few different places you can choose from. Very easy to use and taste flavors with... not to mention the flavor is much more intense than from a clearomizer/cartomizer (in my experience).

I use Cisco LR306s for testing juices - I find that they're better for switching between flavours than the 510s. As you're new to dripping, I'd recommend getting the standard bridged version. A lot of experienced drippers will recommend de-bridged atties, but I find that the bridged versions are actually much less finicky.

i have tried all kinds of attachments since i started. at this point i am dripping basically 95% of the time. brings out the flavor, and nice TH. after a few attempts with more expensive tank atty's, i find my little mini octopus RDA blows everything else away. amazed considering they are cheap, and easy to rebuild.
