I'm not sure what I am doing wrong with my attys but here is my story.

I have been dripping on 510 attys for a couple of weeks now and can't figure out why I get great performance for a couple of days then crap performance at about the day and a half to two day mark. I have tried every variable I can think of. I have been dripping at 5V on 3.5 and 4.5 ohm attys.

1. I have tried blowing them out every night.
2. Try not to drip on a hot coil (have heard this is bad, correct me if I'm wrong)
3. Have tried cleaning them in alcohol and letting them dry real good and they don't do squat after that.
4. I keep the attys wet but not flooded.
5. Have tried various brands, same thing.

I don't know what is happening. I get great vapor for the first day or so, then next to nothing after that. Flavor is still good just poor vapor.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Vapor is created by VG in the juice, maybe try a juice with a higher VG level?..An atty either works..(fires) or not..if it is firing vapor production is all about the VG level in the juice.

That said, I can relate to what your saying., I went to a different..and less expensive vapeing experience..I went to dual coil cartomizers, the clear ones..I got them from Hoosiersecigsupply, and no more atty BS...just good vaping and great flavor and tons of vapor.

I get that same thing. I ordered a bunch of atty's and the performance on a fresh atty is amazing, but it seems to rapidly dull down the vapor for me as well.

Maybe it's the juice? I order from Joogler Juice and KBV but both have the same results. How often is the recommended cleaning of the atty, and what is the best foolproof works-everytime-no-variables cleaning method? It seems like after a day or so the atty still fires just as good, but is definitely reduced in the vapor arena.

EDIT: i like the atty + cart combo personally - I just haven't mastered it correctly. I've tried clearos. I don't think they're for me. Then again I don't mind refilling my carts more often than those who use cartos, either.
