atomizers

I dont surf the boards much so I am asking my customers, has there been reports of SLB atomizers not fitting the prodigies?

I have a had a couple customers report the atomizers are not screwing on the prodigy but when they get returned to me they fit all my other 801 stuff just fine. This seems to be only an issue with the 801

Hi there!
I sent you an email through your site last night/early this morning reporting that the 801's that I bought do not fit my PS passthrough but they do fit on my janty stick. My PT is my main device so it really sucks that I cant use them with it. When I received my atty's I tried to screw it on the PT but it would not go on. I thought that maybe I received the wrong atty so I tried it with the Jstick and it fit. I checked the atty out to see if there was any defect preventing it from fitting the PT. I did notice a little dent on the lip and figured that was causing the problem but decided to try the other new atty's and see if they fit. None of them do. With the Jstick I only get about 1 - 1.5 turns and it is screwed on tight. Usually there is about 3-4 turns before it screws on.

I am a regular customer and order all of my parts from you. I ordered two matte black 801 attys a month or so ago. One of them would not screw onto my Prodigy but worked fine on my SB.

The other one worked fine on my Prodigy.

Was about to start a thread when I found this. I had ordered a black and a chrome 801 form you a few weeks back. The black does not fit on my Xhaler. Will try the chrome when I go home tonight. All previous 801's I have ordered from you have worked fine.

I've had three so far that did not fit my Prodigy. One was white and two were silver.

Antebellum all from the same recent order or older orders?

I'm trying to figure out if this is a latest batch thing or has been some in older batches.

I have been told nothing has changed on them, and I don;t see a physical difference between my old ones and the new batch

I want to say that the plastic ring on the threaded side is just slightly longer than the ones I ordered a few months back. I'll double check tonight.

After looking closely at the new atty's that dont fit on mods, I noticed that the older atty's I purchased from you and fit my puresmoker passthrough have 3 threads and the new ones have 2 threads. Its either that or the threads are spaced farther apart.

Well.....I double checked and it looks like I was wrong. I don't know why these don't fit.

I am glad that I found this thread. Your customer service has been great. I bought 4 silver 801 atomizers which did not fit my Prodigy. I messaged you and you were very nice to me about it and you quickly sent me 4 other 801 silver atomizers. Unfortunately they did not fit my Prodigy or my passthrough unit either. I am still a loyal customer and I know that you already went the extra mile for me. Can we replace these atomizers as well as the ones you have already sent me?

I ordered an 801 atty from another supplier and received my order today. It was gloss black and it did not fit my Prodigy or PS pass either. It fit on my Silver Bullet but would not work.

This seems to be a factory problem. Hope you guys can figure it out Dave. I need to order more attys and DK TAB.
