Attempting Vanilla Peppermint Ice Cream

OK, so here's the recipe I just made.

30ml @10mg Nic(PG)
85/15 PG/VG
10% Peppermint
1% Koolada
1 (small scoop) Vanilin Crystals
15 drops Sucralose Sweetner

Question.
Has anyone worked with the Vanilin Crystals? I'm not sure how to measure this, so I just did a very small scoop. Guess we'll see in a week or two how I did.
