Attention eGo Mega Atty & 2ml Cart users!! Need ur help!

1 Year Since I Started vaping Today!

I dont use anything else besides my eGo and Mega Atty. I tried to mess around with a KR with cartoz again and it sucks in performance compared to my eGo even though the voltage is "higher".

Anyway, if you feel the same about your eGo and Mega Atty ect.. Do you own and use a mod?

Im looking for a 5 volt mod to use with either a LR 510 atty or the kr808 cartoz... I dont like dripping and use a 3ml capacity cart right now for that very reason. I stopped using cartoz because I dont like that they do not last long. But, if I can play around with a mod and vape 5 voltz on the go, I dont mind putting cartoz back in my ruitine.. Share your thoughts...

Im treating myself for my one year anniversery so price is not an issue at this point...

I have been vaping since late July this year. I am considering the Infinity since it is variable. However, I am doing research on this. ''

BTW I know folks will say that LR atties will kill the battery. However, I am experimenting. If the so-called recharge on an 900 batt is 300 times=then I would expect 150 times. Not a major factor thus far. I have been using the same attie for at least 23 days. No problems with battery. Newb I threw this in for you in case you would want to try LR. However enter at your own risk. I like experiments.

As you are, I've been looking at mods, but was going to try a true 5v 510 pass thru to
see if I even like the difference. Cheaper than a mod, and if 5v don't hit my sweet spot
it's easy to go back to my ego.

I had a KR808 "5V" PT which I have not used for a long time since I gave up cartomizers. I would say it was a decent vape but did not like being glued to a computer. If I can have a similar experience on the go once in a while it would be good.

I wasn't aware there was a LR option for the Mega attys, either! I just got my first mod and I've been using the 5V PT option until my charger and batteries arrive. I have to say that I really do love it! I will be trying out 6V once I have everything. I hope I'll enjoy the LR cartomizers I've ordered.

I'd like to see a mod that uses a mega atty. They're so much better than smaller attys IMO. I've been using eGo/mega attys exclusively since August and love how it vapes mild and close to the juice's flavor. I can't stand the taste of a 510 atty anymore. These babies just keep on vapin' too. Last week I ran them through a hot burn procedure and they're performing like new again.

Do LR mega attys do much to the taste of the juice? I don't know how they would help...

I'm looking for a good way to cut the collar off Mega Cylinder (B) atomizers to use them with mods like the Silver Bullet and Precise. The Mega Carto is easy, since the collar is thin plastic. But, the atty's is metallic. Maybe a rotary tool like a Dremel would work ...

How about the easy way out, screw a 510 -801 adapter into mod, 801 - 510 adapter into that, and mega atty on top.
Quick proof of concept, to see if the mega atty works well on a higher V mod??

I've done this, but removing the adapter from the atomizer is kind of a pain. Anyway, there's the inevitable gap between the PV top and the atty bottom when using dual adapters like that. I've got a good number of the atomizers on hand and would like to modify a few of them such that adapters aren't necessary.
Thanks for the tip though. And, I'm not using HV, but do have LR atomizers.
