I have had the rings come off of at least 2 mouthpieces on my trition tanks and 1 mouthpiece cracked....I may have dropped that one.

Anyway....they sell replacement mouthpieces for a dollar if you put in in comments....they aren't on the website.

Also....my tanks are starting to leak a little, from the bottom. Anyone have this problem? I cleaned one and change head and it stops.
Does a leaking tank mean it is time to change head, even if it is still working? Everything seems screwed down fine. Can't figure out how the juice is getting in the center hole to leak out the bottom.

Thanks

yeah, the condom compresses the wicks into the gap so there is enough room for juice to wick in, but not enough room for the juice to pour in.
try cleaning the head, drying, then moving the wicks half a centimetre so the condom is pressing down on a new part of the wick, so one side of the head the wicks will be longer than the other, or maybe add a little cotton from a sterile cotton ball.

Ben or Chesty can either one of you post a picture of how the silicon sleeve should look when it is on good and proper. I haven't had this problem yet but I'd like to know what to look for. The first tank I filled leaked over night. And when I opened it I realized the coil wasn't tight enough on it, now it doesn't leak. So now I make sure to tighten the coil heads before filling a tank. Here you go:
Triton coil.jpg

In short, get the sleeve down to where it just begins to bulge out, from going over the wicks.

Getting this right takes getting used to. Many new coils aren't set quite right, probably from being tossed around in shipping, or temperature shifts.

I used to have leaks with new coils, but I've learned to set these things up after cleaning them many times, and I've never had a leak since.

I wish I had read this thread yesterday before I opened my new Triton stuff. Unscrewed the drip tip and the coil assembly fell out and the sleeve popped off and then the little metal cap popped out with the sleeve. Took several minutes of reading the instructions and staring at the other coil assemblies to figure out what had happened because my brain went "OMG there's pieces EVERYWHERE OMG OMG".

I have also had the tips break.... The only time I have had an issue with juice getting in the middle is when I take off the tip to refill when it's half empty. It's because the coil sticks out advice a tad and sometimes the tip suctions and the cool gets unscrewed just enough to let in a little juice so I have found if I tighten the coil with each refill it doesn't happen anymore the times it did happen I just did like you and cleaned the tank and then refilled and it was fine hope this helps!

I am so glad I'm reading this now. My Triton starter kit is on its way to me now. I only have experience with the G6 and I am a bit worried about dealing with coils since my G6 tanks just get tossed when they've reached the end of their lives.

As for the OP, I only vape menthol, and while my Triton isn't here yet, I can vouch for the Halo mini tanks that I have never had a single crack or even a leak.
