As some of the other members know, I am working on a E-cig starter site. With in the site I am trying to incorporate most of the newbie questions we get alot here, to hopefully answer you questions with out having to wait for a reply.

I am by no means an expert, but I do alot of research and have become fairly seasoned with vaping. However, I don't remember most of the initial questions that I had when I started.

So I am turning to you! What do you want to know? What do you need to know? What kind of technical problems do you have? What do you want to be walked through? How do you want to be helped? Text? Video? Anything helps.

Once I have answers to these, I will get back to writing and try to get this site up as soon as I can!

    Hi,

My name is Sadeque. I am from Bangladesh(we share a border with India). I am 28 years old and have been smoking for 10 years or so. I am now upto a pack a day and I am really worried about my health. My dependence on cigarettes borders on the extreme and I have never been able to quit.

When I saw the review of the 510 models I was intrigued. I desperately want to buy a starter kit but paypal is not available in my country and all the suppliers I have written to will only accept paypal payments.

The e-cigs donot retail in my country. A $100 or so is a lot of money in my country, but I am willing to dish it out to ween myself off analogs.

Can somebody please advise on the matter

    Cheers

    Happy vaping

A number of good suppliers in the US are now being forced to use credit cards. Here are two trust worthy suppliers that are accepting credit cards:

e-Smokey Treats - Electronic Cigarette's, The healthy alternative to traditional tobacco cigarette's
Rocky Mountain Vapor you have reached the mountain top of electronic cigarettes! : Home

And your choice of a manual battery device such as the 510 is a good decision.

    Good Luck

I would have liked a comparison table, showing cost, monthly maintainance costs, throat hit, vapour production & availability to help me choose which unit to buy

Also a table showing roughly what nic level juice diffirent types of smoker were likely to need

A simple list of what you need as an absolute minimum to start and what you're likely to need 1 week to 3 months in so I could have more easily anticipated costs, and shipping times.

Good ways to try things out, so perhaps talking about sample bottles and cutting high strength liquid so people can establish the right strength for them.

I think that would have made thw process a lit easier for me :D

A concise sent of product numbers, retailers and especially dimensions. The pictures i've seen around are terrible and show now sense of scale. A search able database would be nice. If your interested, i'm a web application programmer and could help whip something together for the site if provided with the content.

Doing research when your first starting is like trying to swim in molasses.

Yes but I love it. When I first got in here I just went with what ever was going on in the threads, several windows up looking up everything that was being discussed. We might be in touch ;)

Thanks for all the replies guys! It helps alot, really! Especially the bit about the size/dimensions of the models- I gave a description about them but not the size. I will do my best to get all that information!

In regards to the table of costs, I'm not sure how I would go about making that one because its all relative. What do you want included in there? Equipment + Juice or start up costs VS time to make up that?

Device complications sounds like a good section! Besides the auto/manual battery frustrations, what else? How to take care of an atomizer, why they die, and what can you do? What other frustrations have you guys encountered? What seems to be common?

I will try to re-organize my section on nic content into a more user friendly table if that will make it easier. I just gave a blurb about the basic formula around it, but I will see what I can do.

Any Tutorials anyone wants to see? I mean guys, this section is FOR YOU so I want to make sure its stuff that WILL be valuable to you :)

I'm new to this. I read about these online a few weeks ago and have been researching them. I smoke about a pack and a half a day. I'm looking for something that gives a good amount of vapor, hits good, and has a decent battery life. I'm leaning towards a manually operated one, but I'm having difficulty settling down on one model. Which would be recommended

Battery Life: Get a 510 PCC kit, you'll never have a dead battery.
Vapor Production: 901, its my most smokey device.
Throat Hit: I don't know, I mix my juice so I don't have one- don't like it.
    Fun? LOL M401.

    Hope that helped.
