It seems to happen to me a lot. I can post in this thread, but not in another one. I also can't start threads sometimes, it's really annoying when I try to start one in the Women's Room. The mods have tried to help..but all they can think of is cleaning my cache and registry repair..which I do on a daily basis.

It drives me nuts!8-o

I have another browser downloaded..But I don't understand thsi stuff. I use AOL and IE. I like to turn on the computer and go..it should work.
Most of the time it works just fine..I think it has something to do with how busy the forum is. Oh and it's not memory..this is a new computer 95% free space. Like that lady's picture!

The original and most prevalent virus in the world today is the software from AOL. Stick with IE, Chrome or Firefox and your internet will be 200% faster. Love ya lots MK. Try this; Open AOL and go to speedtest.tampabay.rr.com and run the test. After that close AOL, open IE and go to the same site and run the same test. If you have cable internet it will be 2 to 3 times faster. If you have DSL you really need to find that MIA batt.

As far as memory goes, it's not necessarily your empty space, how much RAM do you have? RAM helps with processing time and multitasking...also, I use Google Chrome as a browser. Everytime I open IE, I just want to hang myself. I always knew it was slow, but once I tried something else, I can't even bear to use it at all. I think chrome is faster than Firefox; they are both faster than IE tho

It says 3.00 GB of Ram so I guess that's ok. I don't care about speed..I am slow typing and need time to take a vape get a sip of water or coffee between things anyway! LOL

When I can't post on a thread then it goes with slowloading of every page. I mean slow, i can't even scroll down without the page looking smeary. But if I go to any other site, it's just fine.

MK that's not your computer or your internet connection. That's the forum crashing and it happens to me several times per day. I hate it when it happens too. I close my browser and visit another website and come back l8r. Usually I can beck in after about 10 minutes. I think it's mainly due to heavy traffic at peak hours.
