Just a heads up: for the last 24 hours+ anytime I visit your site the chat/stat software you have installed: zopim is freezing my browser.

I am on the latest Powerbook with Snow Leopard installed the problem occurs with the both latest versions of Safari and Firefox.

I post this because if I am having these problem I am sure I am not the only ones.

This problem has occurred while trying to access:

Vaporkings.com
ecigmods.com
Altsmoke.com (not when visiting the home page but when I tried to go from the home page to another page)

I would imagine I would encounter the same problem were I try to visit another site who has zopim installed.

I'll look into this... I haven't heard any other complaints. :) I do PC repair in case you have a virus or something. :)

Will let you know if I hear anything. Maybe I'll throw up an "alt" site for people that don't wanna be bothered w/zopim.

Craig

Thanks Craig - I was actually going to post to you directly on your "what are we doing wrong?" thread - so I'm glad you saw this as this could be a small factor ;)

It shouldn't be a virus because once I Force Quit Firefox or Safari and stay away from sites with zopim installed all is fine.

Okie. :) Your loss!

But seriously... if more people complain about problems, I'll remove it from the site until the issues are fixed. It is too wonderful a software to just dump because of a few issues.

Let me know guys/gals. :)

Craig

I have tried several times to get into your DIY Kits & it will not load. Is there anything on that page?

What is zopim and how do you know if a site has it? I have had to use the Force Quit Firefox myself without knowing why and maybe that is the reason. Thanks.

I put a few notices up on the pages that are blank so people don't blister their fingers trying to reload something that isn't there. :)Craig

Thanks, I'm one of the dumb ones that got blisters the first few days you were open. Part of the problem was your other pages were taking so long to load I just wasn't sure if it was loaded. The notice should work just fine.
