Atty atty atty ... need so help.

Guys i have problem with one atty its new.
I bought eGo with 2 attys one janty and one Tawa.... tawa works fine) and janty one have even better vapor, but! When i vape taste is good but after 5-6 pufs it taste like ....! Like a burning plastic or something. I tryed to clean it like 4 times and still nothing, same all other again. When i take a drag of it i want to throw up, just awfull ... i have 3 months of warranty on it so i guess i can change it .
But still i want to hear from you guys any suggestions or some ideas what can it be wrong with it, i havent over heat it if that matters.

If it`s brand new you just probably don`t have it broke in yet. Puts a few more drops on it, puff it, and don`t inhale. Try that a few times and see if it changes.

Also, are you using carts or dripping? That can make a big difference in taste too.

I driping , dont have my drip tip yet so have empty cart inserted. well its new but i was using it for a few days already and when i fill this taste i just change it to tawa one.

When you get that taste it means you waited a little bit too long to put a few more drops in.
You should be putting a few more drops in one drag BEFORE you get that taste.

If you're dripping 2-3 drops and taking 5-6 long hits, it's going to start having a burnt taste if you don't keep the atty wet. Does the bad taste continue even after reloading the atty?

yeah i use to do it on tawa there is also not so tasty taste when the flavor is gone but its not so awfull i can really handle it... but on real janty atty its just OMFG its like standing near a fire with burning plastic and trying to get a breath.

well ... its actually wet i some times even getting liquid on my tongue and if i add some more its gone and back again in 5-6 hits.

Tawa fills like an ordinary 510 atty
but Janty one fills like an LR i guess cuz it produce more vape and liquid is kinda cracking inside when i puff.
i dont have LR atty so i can be wrong

Van,

Some attys have a primer that tastes like burning plastic when it heats up. The primer is there to keep the atty moist, and it needs to be removed. I got 2 eGo attys that had that problem. Some experts here suggest that you blow through the atty to remove the primer. Unfortunately, I didn't do that before using the atty, and neither did you, so blowing the atty out will not work.

I was unable to use my attys because of the horrible taste. I put them in a small glass, covered them with isopropyl alcohol (isopropanol or Rubbing Alcohol), put them in the microwave and microwaved them on high for about 20 seconds. I brought them to a boil several times in the microwave, then let them soak for a while. Then I rinsed them in warm water, blew them out and let them dry overnight. The next day, they were much better, and after using them for a while the bad taste was gone.

If you don't have isopropyl alcohol, you can also use grain alcohol or 151 rum.

Alcohol vapors are flammable. Let it cool in the microwave and don't expose it to any flames, such as a burning cigarette.

Change the cartridge and clean the atty.
Also You either need to wait a little while between vapes to let the juice flow through the filler to the atomizer and cool down so you don't melt anything. Remember to line up the wide part of the cartridge to align with the bridge to prevent plastic to metal contact.

Or modify the filler. I suggest the HighPing mod.
Or drip.
Or have at least 3 units to rotate through. I have 9.
Or get a juicebox mod.
Or get a unit that you can use the AFS from GG.
Or use 510 cartomizers for a little longer time between re-filling.

Thank you ) But i drip already and always did ... i drip exactly the same way on both attys . one is super nice: good vape, flavor, last long always drip it as flavor becomes weak . second also have a good vape and flavor until my 5-6 puff , one puff before was a great flavor and BAAAAM it tastes like i smoke a newspaper, burning out my throat, nose and my eyes getting wet. clean it like 10 times now (tried different DryBurns all i could find on a forums) and nothing.

i think it does , some times twice thicker.

It's possible that it might be an LR atomizer.

yeah but ego sets dosent have one... it came with a set ... i guess i will just go to local shop and turn it in .. will let ppl who sold one to me try to vape throw it. i still have 3 months warranty on it

I have the same awful taste with tawa. Janty atty doesn't give that taste even it's left dry. I found that after that tawa has to be cleaned and keep wet all the time.
I'm dripin' and I modified the mouthpiece in the way I cut down 3-4mm from the end near the heating element and additionally cut out a piece from flat side to avoid touching it.
