atty burn and fiber removal

A lot of good discussions on dry burn cleaning methods, but one topic that does not seem to come up is whether or not people are removing the wicking material from the atomizer before use. I am referring to the polyester (or similar) fiber material that is between the coil and the bridge.

I recently posted a video on how I dry burn my attys. This is something I have been doing for a while bust just recently started removing the wick. In my opinion, you have to pull that wick if you're a dripper!! It make a big difference.

If you are using carts, I don't are how you could pull the wick though.

thanks. By wick you mean the fibers? do you leave the bridge and just pull out the fibers? also where is your video? Thanks

are there any downsides to pulling out the wick if you are a dripper? and do you have to drip less without the wick?
