This winter I need to rebuild some r/c aircraft engines. Lots of guys use ultrasonic cleaners for the internal parts i.e. valves etc. to get the carbon and accumulated crud off. I'll have to get one and at the Hobby sources they're about $70 and change. They do sell cheaper ones though for jewelry such as this model:

Sharpertek Ultrasonic Cleaners & Ultrasonic and Steam Jewelry Cleaners

You wouldn't use the cleaning liquid of course, Gawd only knows what that'd do to your innards lol, but I was wondering if anyone had tried this? Unless someone else has tried this, I'll give it a try this winter, ought to have one or two dead attys by then.
