I was curious if one could use electronics cleaner ( the kind that Ukrainian Tire sells ) to clean your attys?

Do you mean that blue liquid stuff? There's nothing particularly special about it as far as cleaning goes. Its main function is that it's an inert liquid (won't conduct electricity) so it's safe to use around electronics. It doesn't have any special cleaning powers though.
I would check about it's toxicity if it has any before using it. A good cleaner is white vinegar and baking soda. Both are very cheap. Take your atty and pack the end with the baking soda. Hold it over a shot glass of something small. Pour the vinegar into it slowly and let the foaming action do it's work. This also helps rid of burnt tastes. Let it sit in the solution for 20 minutes. Rinse in hot water. Now drip a couple drops of lemon juice into it and let it sit for another 20 minutes. The lemon acid will help remove any leftover gunk and tastes including the vinegar taste. Rinse in hot water again and stand it upside down (battery threads up) for 24 hours to dry. Prime with your favorite juice with about 7 drops and let sit for a few minutes. Screw it on and have at it. This procedure has helped me and many others to rid atomizers of a burnt taste. Atty users know exactly what I'm talking about. Atty's come out pretty clean also.
Another option is an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner with a 50/50 mix of water and vodka/pure grain alcohol. Run them through 3 x 3 minute cycles. Rinse in hot water and let dry like above.

My biggest problem is the crud and gunk build up. Water can only get rid of soluble materials. A dry burn will help when nothing else seems to.
I've never tried the vinegar and baking soda routine though. I wonder if that's better for getting rid of the gunk?

ok..guess it was a bad idea - zer0ith..no, it's the canned spray for circuit boards etc - can't find ingredients so scrap idea - do have lotsa vinegar though - use it for washing our tamarack floors!
Isopropyl alcohol in a jewelry-type ultrasonic cleaner works wonders for me. About five three-minute zaps usually does the trick. Be sure you dry your attys thoroughly -- like overnight -- before using them again! Isopropyl is nasty stuff if you try to vape it!
Isopropyl alcohol and a mason canning jar. Put dirty attys in alc let soak for few hrs blow the attys out let dry for few hrs and vape. Easy cheap no messing about works every time.
Please don't.... Electronics cleaner is the same thing as brake cleaner used to dissolve oil. You do not want to have any of that left in the atomizer and start vaping something like that. I'm not trying to be smart or disrespectful, but something with the skull and cross bones on the can you do NOT want to use in your e-cigarette.
Would you spray the electronics/brake cleaner from the bottle, down your throat into your lungs? Or course not, so please do not use it in your atomizer. Same applies for anything you may consider cleaning your atomizer with.
