It would seem that with the highly consumable rates of atomizer elements, it would make alot of sense to make an atomizer housing that could take socketed atomizer elements. This would significantly reduce the cost of replacing a dead atomizer, as you only need the platform, wiring, steel wool bridge, and wicking material, instead of the entire plastic housing and internal wiring.
While this would indeed be for more advanced experts only, it would certainley be worth the effort if you go through say, an atomizer a week, if atomizer elements could cost $4 instead of $8. You could probably get a whole bag of them for minimal cost. Heh.
Aditionally, I think it would be highly entertaining to see an atomizer housing run dual atomizers off the same central wick, that could produce some SERIOUS vapor!
