I've been using a 501 for just over 2 weeks now. (From 2+ pack a day to zero! :D) And am now starting to have problems with my attys.

I had assumed a 'failed' atomizer would either 1) no longer heat/vape or 2) plug up and no longer draw.

I have been using 3 (constantly!) and all 3 now seem to be acting the same. OK vapor, decent draw, NO FLAVOR! (Being new at this they have been flooded many times, gone dry/burned a couple times (I have pulled the burned threads out) and not been used for dripping.) Removing the burned threads was several days ago, so although I can't say that that is the cause, they seemed to work fine for a time after wards.

Trying the coke soak overnight tonight tonight, followed by an Ever Clear soak tomorrow to try and see what happens.

BTW - I put in a new atty tonight, and all is good, so it isn't the juice/battery.

Ideas? Just HOW do these fail?

Thanks!
Bob P.

They say not to pull the strings out, this is the wick.
No....do not pull the strings out..Bad!!!..LOL...I would also try direct dripping instead of carts with the 510...I have been using the same atomizers for 3 or 4 months now(dripping only)...without cleaning..and very minor loss of production!! Try dripping one or three drops directly onto the bridge and see if they fire back up!! May work for you!!:)The Wiz!
