atty help!!!!! (URGENT)!!!!

Hi forum,

I'm a noob when it comes to the actual operation of my e cig. i know how its supposed to work and how you're supposed to use it, but i have only had a days hands on experience. and in that day, BOTH of the atomizers that i bought with the starter kit have stopped producing vapor. the coil still glows, and the atty still heats up, but no vapor (even with plenty of e juice on them). i was dripping for the most part, and then putting more on the bridge as soon as my vapor got lower. what did i do wrong and is there any way at all i can fix it? i have to work in an hour and i cant have an analogue before then

I'm not exactly an expert either, but maybe your atty is flooded? Do you get a gurgling sound when you draw on it? Try taking everything apart and blow into the cartridge end. You should get some brown, burned-looking juice coming out of the battery end so be sure and have a kleenex or something there to blow it into. Hope this solves your problem!

I agree if the coil is glowing it would indicate it is operational so it could well point to flooding.

i was only putting a couple drops on at a time though, and when i was using a filled cart i was constantly switching between the filled one and the completely blank one as soon as there was any sign of pooling on the top of the atty

It's easier if you blow from the battery end first. Blow until the liquid stops coming out, then blow a time or 2 more. _Then_ turn it around and blow from the cart side with your finger over the hole on the battery-end. This will cause the air to flow through the 2 small holes on either side of the battery end, clearing them as well.

i tried just blowing one out and i put the other in a hot water bath and then blew it out for a half hour. neither of them are producing any vapor, just the taste and the nic.... like i'm getting the nice buzz and the flavor but theres no 'smoke' when i exhale

the one you ran water through needs to dry for awhile or be blown out with a blow dryer before useing it again or it will not produce vapor..

on the one that you blew out only.. did a lot of liquid come out?

if so see if it is still a bit flooded.. hold the button take a few puffs to fill mouth with vapor dont bother to inhale.. with no cart on.. if no vapor then take it apart again and blow through the side to conect to the battery again with a napkin to collect the liquid.. it only takes 3-5 times blowing through it.. see if more comes out.. then again try to take a few puffs..

if nothing else comes out then it might need to be re-primed.. drip 2 drops in.. push the button for 3 seconds.. put in 2 more drops and take a few puffs and see if its producing vapor

Also, be sure to wipe off the battery and atty contacts. If juice gets into the threads it can diminish the output. I hope you got it all figured out!8-o

Try a dry burn:

If you're using a manual this might work.

After cleaning, press and hold it without a filter/mouthpeice for about 8-10 seconds. It might actually turn off. Try this about 4-5 times, then drop some juice and fill a cart.
