Ok, so I bought 2 starter kits from a joyetech supplier. 1 starter kit had both the attys useless, no TH, almost no vapor a.s.o. I
I then switch to a new supplier that offered warranty for the attys and the ecigs worked ok (noob, and I compared with the broken attys), some TH and the vapor was good.
I later found out that those are DSE 510 attys and not genuine so I compared with a genuine 510 atty.
Well, the difference is a little high. The genuine one is giving very good flavor and pretty good TH compared to the DSE atty.
Has anyone dealt with a DSE 510 atty before ?
(It has that metallic round circle around the bridge. The genuine joye does not have that)

Hi Tomo,
What seems to be ur question?
I have some of the SLB attys and they have the washer inside. The Joye atty's don't and for referance, the Joye attys get hotter then the slb ones. The SLB atty's are ok, bet to me they r better for higher voltage mods.. Yes, they will and should work on 3.7v ecigs and mods, just the taste is diff and so is the vapor. I also would say the liquid won't burn all that well on the lower voltage attys (SLB) and the oye atty's do at times burn the liquid better and get more vapor and TH.
I hope this has helpped and if not or I missed ur question entirely, please PM me and let me know what you want to know.

I have both and they work about the same as far as I can tell. I drip though so that could make a difference.

Stu, under your name and above your avatar it says; "Moderator". In your signature line it says; "Moderator".

Are you a "Moderator", by chance? Or does it have to say "Moderator" in the title box up top too? <g>

(g'head -- here's your chance to bust my chops about the poor way I packaged/sent those Janty carts to you) LOL

Hy stubear62, thanks, I just measured the SLB and looks like the resistance is a little higher, (not too high 2,7-2.8 ohms) and my guess was as you stated that these are a little better for higher voltage mods. They work ok when the batt is fully charged (gives ~4v at the multimetter) but after a few draws the TH drops. The vapor seems ok although I am not really looking for too much vapor versus the TH.
If I drip like BradSmith said that it seems to work a little better.
Anyway my conclusion was that I need to look for a mod.
Now I have to figure out what mod to buy. I would like the variable voltage mod if that exists of a 5v, maybe 6v (I am not sure yet about the 6v) with protected batts.
I have no problem paying money for such a mod (if one exists) but I am not sure who will deliver one at my location (my country is considered a poor one and not trusted, don't know why yet :( ).
Any suggestions are welcomed, thanks.
