I would guess clean the atomizer. Is it a 3-piece e-cigarette with the atty as the middle piece (I looked at a photo of it and I think it is)? First try just blowing out the atty. Unscrew the atty, hold a tissue and blow into the battery thread end of the atty, blowing any trapped liquid into the tissue. if that doesn't revive it then it probably needs cleaning. I am trying to stay on a clean every week schedule. I have 3 attys - one I'm using, one I'm cleaning and one extra just in case. My atty looks a lot like yours (metal, exposed bridge). I put vodka or rubbing alcohol in a little jar (deep enough to submerge the atty). I swish the atty around in the liquid to make sure the liquid is inside it and leave it laying in the liquid overnight. The next day I shake/blow it out and and lay it on paper towels to dry. When the next weekend rolls around I switch to the cleaned dry atty and put the one I used all week into the alcohol. I also take apart my carts and clean them that way.

Also - if your carts push on then it's always a good idea to pull them straight off and not twist them - twisting some carts can stress the atty bridge.
