From my expierence atomizer failure can be due to a number of things...

- You could be simply frying the atomizer. If you are using a LR atty on a 5v regulated device that could easily be too much voltage fo it to handle and it will pop.

- You could be running your atomizer too dry. If you are using cartridges, top them off more often when you get a decrease in vapor/flavor. That same rule goes for dripping as well. If you top them off after you get a nasty burnt taste this means you are burning your atomizer dry which can definetly be bad.

- Your e-liquid of choice can have a a very significant effect on atomizer longevity. Personally, I find that liquids with a high contents of undiluted VG can clog and kill atomizers within a couple hours if you are unlucky. From my expierence flavors that contain sweetener or are very dark or black in color tend to gunk up and destroy atomizers VERY fast. Usually coffee flavors fit this description.

I order the Bauway atomizers from madvapes and they work great for me. I have had them last in excess of five months and I use only the madvapes flavors but I do stay away from the coffee flavors.

I hope this was helpful, best of luck to you!
