Vapers in Austria need our help - pls sign this petition and pass it on, if possible.

Austrian government has decided on a law that will make e-cigs and liquids (even without nicotine) available only in tobacco shops. Internet sales will be banned, cross-border sales will be banned.


- You do NOT have to live in Austria to sign the petition. You can choose your country and also sign anonymously (Anonym unterschreiben)

The petition text says:


Austria's e-cigarette vapers against the change to the tobacco monopoly law


Petition against electronic cigarettes in the tobacco monopoly

With this petition the undersigned request that the goverment of Austria will not include the electronic cigarette and all its accessories in the tobacco monopoly.


Reason:
Including these articles in the tobacco monopoly in Austria is contrary to the free trade within the European Union, and it would not serve the protection of youth or of health. Local supply of these goods cannot be guaranteed if they are limited to tobacco shops, and the market within the Republic of Austria will suffer.

The continent we live doesn't matter, we as vapers, represent a global group with only one goal. Harm reduction. This kind of laws and measures are there only to make us go back to cigarrets and keep filling their pockets.
