I had an auto battery for my 510 and it stopped working. I was under the impression that air shoudl flow through the autos but this one doesnt. Is that the problem? I dont drip and doubt liquid was the cause. Is there something in there jamming it? I have recently bought backups and don't really mind but I liked the auto battery while I was fishing and such. Any hope for it?

Because I dont mind I tried pushing things through the hole. Nothing Ive tried fits any ideas?

Depending on how old it is, it might be simply done. You get 200-300 charges from one, depending on several variables. Just because you do not drip does not mean juice didn't get into it. If the batt is relatively new, this is likely the problem. Even if you just flood the atty occasionally, the effect is the same. They work by a tiny flap that moves with airflow. Get the flap sticky and they stop working.

it seems pure grain alcohol (PGA) has been used with some auto batts. There is a vid on this page:

In general, auto batts should be wiped off after using them, and store them thread end down, so they can drain if juice got in. This is a common problem with auto batts, since they are not sealed.

If you want the convenience of auto vaping without this being as much of a problem, either look into 510 cartomizers for a 510 auto batt, or else get a kr808d-1. Actually I would recommend that one, as the batt life is much better than the 510 autos, and it will vape great. the kr808d-1 uses cartomizers. I suggest cartos because there is much less chance of leaking into the batt hole.
